Purpose of this Journey:

As we enter week 3 and complete the 21 days, we encourage you to continue on with this journey. Do not let the 21 days prevent you from continuing on. The purpose of this journey was to shift your old mindset and old habits to something new. We hope along this journey you were motivated to think positive and inspired to live your best positive life: mind, body and soul. From now on it is good vibes only. Continue to focus on healthier eating habits, get those steps in and speak positive aspirations daily. Encourage someone and stay encouraged.

Romans 8:1 – There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit

PJames 1:27 – Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Deuteronomy 8:18 – And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Workout Goal: At Least 10,000 steps and 25 sit ups

John 15:5 – “I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in Me and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit, for without Me ye can do nothing.”
