The purpose of this journey was to shift your old mindset and old habits to something new. We hope along this journey you were motivated to think positive and inspired to live your best positive life: mind, body and soul. From now on it is good vibes only. Continue to focus on healthier eating habits, get those steps in and speak positive aspirations daily. Encourage someone and stay encouraged.

Romans 8:1 – There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit

PJames 1:27 – Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

WEEK 3 DAY 3

Deuteronomy 8:18 – And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
