DAY 25 | grab hold of peace
Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
As we move to new levels, the unknown can challenge our peace and clarity. It can freeze us from taking the next step. Through prayer, we are able to cast our cares to God so that we live in a prosperous life. PRAYER WORKS and is one of the strongest weapons we have. Your words have life and power. Our Father is big enough to hear, care and handle things on our behalf. After you have done all you can, let God take care of the outcome. Grab hold of the peace by knowing that God has you. Rest in His strength. God will bring you through, even in the most unlikely ways.
Dear Lord, at this moment, I lay my burdens, worries, and anxieties at Your feet. (now honestly state to God out loud what they are). I know I can turn my cares over to You. I choose to trust in You, Lord, and to focus on You. Help me in my understanding. Shift my perspective to learn and grow through what I am experiencing. You will ease my burden and let me live free. Thank you. In Your Name, Amen.
